Accountability
Corrections policy
Mistakes happen. How we handle them is what earns trust.
Draft launch policy. This document describes how The Daily Source intends to operate and will be reviewed before formal launch. It is not legal advice and does not create obligations beyond applicable law.
How to report an error
Use our contact form and include the story link and what you believe is incorrect. An editor intends to review each request.
What we change
Factual errors are corrected in the story with a note at the end describing what changed and when. Minor typos may be fixed without a note.
Social posts
When a feed post contains an error, we intend to update the caption and, where significant, publish a follow-up post.
Removal requests
We generally do not unpublish accurate reporting. Requests are reviewed case by case, with particular care for private individuals and minors.
